WHO WE ARE

ADEX Renovation was founded on a simple belief: homeowners and businesses deserve renovation contractors who keep their word. We started small — two experienced tradespeople taking on HDB projects in Singapore's heartlands — and built our reputation one completed project at a time.

Today, our team spans over 30 skilled professionals — from project managers and interior designers to master carpenters, waterproofing specialists, and electricians. We handle everything from full-home renovations and condo overhauls to commercial fit-outs and emergency repair works.

2009

ADEX RENOVATION FOUNDED

Started as a two-person operation specialising in HDB renovations, driven by a commitment to honest pricing and quality workmanship.

2013

EXPANDED INTO COMMERCIAL FIT-OUTS

Grew the team to 15 tradespeople and took on our first commercial projects — offices, retail shops, and F&B outlets across Singapore.

2017

ACHIEVED 300 COMPLETED PROJECTS

Reached a major milestone with our 300th project. Expanded capabilities to include waterproofing, structural rectification, and soundproofing.

2021

LAUNCHED DESIGN CONSULTANCY DIVISION

Introduced in-house interior design consultancy with 3D rendering, giving clients a complete end-to-end experience from concept to handover.
